Bill and Joyce sent us this article about a new universal design home complex going up in Fresno. We wonder how much it has to do with the deputy mayor being in a wheelchair himself. Oo- very cool. I bet it has a lot to do with the deputy mayor being in a wheelchair! Lots of good stuff gets done when the people in charge are the same ones living with the results of their legislation.
