Drew's heel is much better. The tissue is filling in well. He's still taking the oral antibiotic and keeping it elevated for sections of the day. It looks like there won't be any trouble traveling for Christmas to see my family in a few weeks.

Also, we saw Kathy Griffin last weekend in SF. Despite the usual difficulty getting Drew there and getting our seats (they never tell you everything you need to do so the box office was a slight nightmare) we had a really good time. I don't think it was her best performance but she was really funny. Unfortunately, the next day both Amy and I felt sick. I'm doing better now.
